  • Where is the campus shop located?
    The Book 'N' Bear campus shop is located on the main level in the Humanities Building on the Holy Innocents' Episcopal School campus. Address: 805 Mount Vernon Highway NW., Atlanta, GA 30327
  • What are the hours of operation?
    Regular Business Hours: Mon - Fri: 7:45am - 3:45pm Early Release Business Hours: Mon - Fri: 7:45am - 12:45pm Summer Business Hours: Mon - Thurs: 10:00am - 1:00pm Closed all School Holidays
  • What are the summer hours?
    Summer Business Hours: Mon - Thurs: 10:00am - 1:00pm Closed the week of June 19th-23rd. Closed July 3rd - 4th for Fourth of July Holiday.

  • When can my student shop in the campus shop?
    Primary and Lower School students may shop with a parent or guardian present, during business hours. Middle School students may shop before or after school hours. During school hours the parent or guardian must be present. Upper School students may shop before or after school hours and during class breaks and lunch.
  • How do I make a return?
    IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY In-store purchases may be returned in-store with a receipt and tags up to 14 business days after the purchase. The items must be unworn or unused, unless damaged. ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY Online item purchases may NOT be returned in-store for any reason. Personalized Item Returns: All items are made to order. For that reason, items that have been decorated with a logo, name or number are not eligible for a return or exchange unless it is determined that your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and decoration. Standard Item Returns: Non-decorated items in new condition can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. * To review if your item is customized or not, please refer to the Customized vs Personalized page.   • What forms of payment do you accept?
    IN-STORE METHODS OF PURCHASE We accept all major credit cards, check, cash, and pre-loaded student accounts. ONLINE METHODS OF PURCHASE All major credit cards are accepted.
  • What are Student Accounts?
    Student Accounts are pre-loaded accounts for Campus Shop purchases only, available only to Middle and Upper School students. To load an account, you may call us at (404)705-4569 or visit us in-store.
  • How can I find out how much money remains on a Student Account?

  • How long will it take for my online Bearwear order to arrive?
    Online orders are individually custom-made. Our vendor offers 6-12 business day turnaround times for the items to be made, and then there is additional shipping time based on the customers' shipping selection added for final arrival time to the customer. Customers are given an estimated ship date at the point of cart checkout. This is the date stating when it will leave the warehouse, not when it will arrive to the customer. Shipping transit times are after the order has left the warehouse, based on the estimated ship date provided at checkout. Standard has an estimated transit time of 5-10 business days after leaving our vendor. Priority has an estimated transit time of 3-5 business days after leaving our vendor. Express has an estimated transit time of 2-3 business days after leaving our vendor.   • How much is shipping for online Bearwear purchases?
    Three methods of shipping are offered- Standard, Priority, and Express. Standard Shipping is $9.95, Priority is $15.95 and Express Shipping is $24.95. Transit times are after the order has left the vendor, based on the estimated ship date provided at checkout. Standard has an estimated transit time of 5-10 business days after leaving the vendor.   • Will I be notified that my Bearwear order has shipped?
    Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an electronic packing slip and tracking details. If you believe your order should have shipped but you did not receive the email, please contact a member of Customer Experience who will provide you with the tracking information.   • How do I track my Bearwear order?
    To track your order please visit the link below and input your order number and email address used at the time of purchase for an update. https://teamlocker.squadlocker.com/dashboard/find-order If you are unable to locate your order details please contact us. Please provide the name and email address used when the order was placed. It is also helpful to provide the date and exact amount of the Squadlocker charge on your credit card statement.   • How do I know my Bearwear order was successfully placed?
    Once your order has been processed you will be presented with a "Congratulations your order has been placed" screen. This is confirmation that your order was successful. You will also receive an email confirmation that you should review for accuracy as it will provide you with all specific order details. Please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders. If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing your order or have any questions about the order details, please reach out to Squadlocker's customer service department at support@squadlocker.com.
  • Can I purchase the full student uniform in the campus shop?
    Only approved school outerwear, chapel ties/bowties, and approved Bearwear items are available for purchase through the campus shop. Physical Education uniforms are available for purchase online and in-store. Required Holy Innocents' student uniforms for grades K-Prep through 12th grade are available for purchase through DENNIS - Mills Uniform and Lands' End.   • Do I need to purchase a Physical Education uniform?
    Physical Education (PE) Uniforms are only required for Middle School students from sixth to eighth grades. PE Uniforms are optional for Upper School students from ninth to twelfth grades.
  • Where can I purchase Physical Education uniforms?
    Physical Education (PE) Uniforms available for purchase online or in-store. PE Uniforms are only required for Middle School students from sixth to eighth grades. You have the choice of a poly-performance or cotton-blend grey Holy Innocents' PE shirt. The shorts are black Holy Innocents' PE shorts. PE Uniforms are optional for Upper School students from ninth to twelfth grades.
  • Where can I purchase a chapel tie or bowtie for my student?
    Chapel ties and bowties are available for purchase in-store at the campus shop. You may purchase over the phone for your student to pick up.
